Made to order
Every PalKofia item is printed to order by our production partners after you place your order. Production typically takes 2–3 business days before your order ships.
Estimated delivery time (after production)
- United States: 5–15 business days
- Other countries: delivery times vary by destination and are usually longer than U.S. delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimate for your country.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, holidays, and carrier delays can extend delivery times, so please order early for gifts and special dates.
Shipping methods and rates
We currently offer standard shipping only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, contact us at demoshopify630@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with our production partner and the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Customs fees and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
