Return & Refund Policy

Order Issues & Eligibility for Returns
Since all our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at [Your Email] with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A description of the problem

We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or refund if eligible.

Lost Shipments
If your order is lost in transit and the tracking information shows no updates for an extended period, please contact us at demoshopify630@gmail.com . We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
If an incorrect shipping address was provided and the package is returned, we can reship it to the correct address at the buyer’s expense. If the package is unclaimed and returned to Printful, additional shipping charges may apply for resending it.

Returns Without Prior Approval
We do not accept returns unless there is a confirmed issue with the product. Any returns sent to Printful without prior authorization will not be processed.

Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
Since all products are custom-made, we do not offer size or color exchanges. Please check the size guide before placing an order.
